Look up at the sky day

Today is national ‘Look up at the Sky Day’, a day to step outdoors look upwards and take it all in.

I wasn’t quick enough with the camera this morning, but it prompted me to look back at a couple of photos of ‘big’ sky.

Whilst I love a bright blue sky day with hardly any clouds in sight, I am also thrilled when sky has a good does of bright blue, sunshine and some high, white fluffy clouds too.

Such clouds bring so much atmosphere and to look up at them reminds us how the world is constantly changing and moving. Nothing remains the same for long.

Looking up at the sky is a time to pause and reflect and take in the beauty all around us.

What’s your favourite type of sky?
